Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Club 24. If s omething doesn’t fit or feel right, returning your order is simple. Our team handles every return personally to ensure a smooth and fair experience.
Return Period
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, clean, and with all tags and packaging included.
How to Start a Return
To make the process fast and easy, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact us
Email our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a short note explaining the reason for your return.
We usually reply within 24 hours on business days. -
Step 2: Pack your item
Make sure the product is clean, unworn, and securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transport. -
Step 3: Ship your return
Follow the return instructions provided by our team. You may ship using your preferred carrier or a Club 24 return label if applicable.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and dust bags must be included.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise with our Customer Service team.
- Club 24 is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
International Returns
For international returns, please make sure to clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any import or return duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem. Mention your preferred item or size when contacting us — we’ll help you arrange an exchange if available.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after your returned item is approved by our quality team. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund or exchange has been completed.
Please note: Refunds are only made to the original payment method used at checkout.
