How to check whether a white T-shirt is see-through
White can look different in a product photograph and in your own mirror. Lighting, fabric and tension all matter. Do not decide from the colour or fabric weight alone.
Try it in daylight
Put the shirt on near a window and check the front and sides. Compare that with the lighting where you usually wear it. Strong light behind you gives a different impression from soft light in front. One flattering photograph cannot show every situation.
Look for tension across the chest and shoulders
Stretched fabric can look different from the same fabric resting naturally. If you see pulling or strong tension, check the fit. Going up a size only helps if the length and shoulders still suit you.
White and off-white are colour choices
Sensational White is crisp white. White Smoke is a warm off-white. In the Freedom Fit Tee, these are two colours of the same model. Choosing off-white does not guarantee greater opacity. Pick the shade you like and assess it while wearing it.
What the fabric information tells you
The Freedom Fit Tee uses approximately 220 g/m² interlock cotton. That describes the fabric, but it is not an opacity test for every body and lighting situation. If opacity is decisive for you, try the shirt at a stockist or check the current returns terms before buying online. Keep the shirt clean and unwashed while trying it on.
